Privacy notice
How we use personal data.
This notice covers Gate Zero enquiries, operation of this public website and limited business-to-business outreach by AxiomOrdo Ltd.
Who is responsible
AXIOMORDO LTD is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17179868. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Privacy questions and objections can be sent to sales@axiomordo.com.
What we use
We may use your name, professional role, employer, corporate email address, enquiry content, correspondence history, public company information and a short record of the business reason for contacting you. We do not use Companies House officer details for Gate Zero prospecting and we do not ask prospects to send project documents before scope, permission and a secure transfer route are agreed.
Why we use it
We use data to answer enquiries, discuss and administer potential engagements, operate and protect the website, keep business records, and make limited contact with relevant corporate organisations about Gate Zero. For direct business outreach, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in introducing a relevant service to organisations likely to work on Gateway 2 information packages. We assess that interest against the effect on the recipient before contact. Contract steps, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims may provide other lawful bases where applicable.
Where it comes from
Data may come from you, your organisation's website, Companies House, public planning or procurement records, and current company announcements. We record the source used for outreach. We do not buy consumer mailing lists or infer private email addresses.
Business outreach
The first Gate Zero campaign is limited to sourced corporate role inboxes. It is capped at two messages, at least seven days apart. Each message identifies AxiomOrdo and provides a simple way to object. Replying “opt out” is sufficient. We will stop direct marketing to that address and keep only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent further contact.
Retention and sharing
For a non-engaged prospect, we delete prospect research 90 days after the final contact. Enquiry and engagement records may be kept longer where needed for business, contractual, tax or legal records. Suppression records are retained while needed to honour an objection. We may use service providers that support hosting, email and business administration, and disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, or object to its use. An objection to direct marketing is absolute. Contact sales@axiomordo.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
This notice is dated 18 September 2026. We will update it when our processing or service providers materially change.
