About this example

A small example of a document review.

The documents are made up. The results come from a recorded test, including the reviewer’s decisions and the response to a request for replacement evidence.

What you can see

• A scheduled item with no supporting document.
• Two documents using the same reference, with a request to confirm which record to use.
• A document with too little searchable text, followed by replacement evidence and closure of the issue.

The review has two issues still requiring a response and one resolved issue. The follow-up wording on the demonstration page is a plain-English summary of that recorded review.

What to take away

The sample shows how document issues can become clear requests for your team. You can print the review or save it as a PDF from your browser. Owners and deadlines have not been assigned in this example.

What this means for your submission

Opening the example does not run a new check or process your documents. Its results do not establish that your work is technically adequate, compliant or accepted by a regulator. The responsible professionals still need to make those decisions.
