This is an independent Gate Zero starter, not an official CLC template or a complete list of requirements. The project team must confirm applicability, add missing items and review the evidence.

“Evidence listed” means a reference has been entered; it does not mean the document meets a requirement. “BSR requirement recorded” is for a requirement actually stated in a BSR decision, not an applicant’s proposed deferral.
Use it with your project team
- Save a project copy and confirm the scope and application route.
- Review every example row, assign the actual responsible person and add project-specific requirements.
- Replace placeholders with exact filenames, document references and revisions.
- Record the reason for every “Not applicable” entry and have the relevant dutyholder confirm it.
- Keep open actions visible and reconcile the schedule with the files before submitting. A row status never authorises building work or demonstrates BSR approval.

The scheduling approach is informed by the CLC industry guidance suite (PDF). Check current BSR application-information guidance for submission requirements. The Approved Document S guidance covers EV-charging infrastructure where applicable.
The workbook is an editable planning aid. Its example discipline and owner entries do not assign statutory duties.
